Happy start of the holiday season!

As we know, the holiday season can be a stressful time for all of us. Between traveling, parties, gifts, and holiday meals, it can all be overwhelming. While I may not be the best of help with traveling arrangements, parties, and gift giving, I can offer some help navigating food during the holidays.

I want to start by giving you a quick guide to help navigate Thanksgiving - a holiday with a lot of food and diet-related cultural hype.
