Chocolate Superfood Chia Seed Pudding

With the combination of chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds you’re getting an abundant amount of healthy fats, omega-3s, fiber, and protein all in one meal or snack. With the added cocoa powder, fruits, berries, and/or nuts you’re also fueling yourself with antioxidants and a variety of vitamins and minerals.

 

  

Serves 1-2

 

Ingredients

 

Chia Pudding

·      ¾ cup milk (can be plant-based)

·      3 tbsp chia seeds

·      2 tbsp ground flax seeds

·      2 tbsp hemp seeds

·      1 tsp cocoa powder

·      1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

 

Toppings (optional)

·      Toasted coconuts

·      Fruit

·      Berries

·      Dark chocolate chips

·      Granola

·      Nuts


 

1.      Mix all chia seed ingredients together. Reduce/add more milk to create your desired consistency.

2.     Allow chia seed pudding to rest for 10-20 mins.

3.     Top chia seed pudding with any additional topping listed above.
