Get started by booking a 15-mintute complimentary discovery call to discuss your history, short and long-term nutrition goals, and come up with a nutrition plan.

Our initial session is where we get to know all about your holistic health history which includes your past & current relationship with food, eating habits, cooking skills, medical conditions, previous challenges and more. By the end of the initial session, we will create tangible goals and discuss a plan on how to reach them.

After the initial consultation, we will meet regularly based on the level of nutrition support that you need. At each session, we’ll discuss your wins and challenges. From there, we’ll make changes to your nutrition intervention that best supports your goals.
